Support Workers – Complex Autism
We are hosting a recruitment open day for new support workers to join two of our existing Supported Living services in Dobwalls & Callington. The services operate 24 hours a day supporting 2 young ladies with complex autism and behaviours that challenge. We are looking for confident female team members with experience in the field / willingness to undertake a robust training & development program to ensure the individuals we support are afforded the opportunity to live as independently as possible within their communities. Drivers desired but not essential.
If you are passionate about providing Personcentered support and enthusiastic about working in innovative ways that enable people to maximise their independence, then we want to meet you. Our recruitment team will be available 10am until 4pm so please drop in at a convenient time to you.
Presentations will be made 11.00am, 1.00pm and 3.00pm to give you an overview of what working as part of our fantastic support network will be like. Those who express interest can be interviewed on the day. Please bring ID (Passport and Driving License plus a recent utility bill – if you do not have these, please call us to find out what you will need to bring).
