Lois Taylor is really excited to share with you news of a forthcoming LIVE dance performance at Sterts Theatre.....  The Dis-Dance Ball! A playful, lively evening of contemporary dance. A performance directed by Lois Taylor choreographed in collaboration with The Very Temporary Dance Company (professional dance artists from Cornwall who know and love Sterts) and produced by Dance Centred.

A fun, slightly bonkers dance performance with a difference, There is only one rule on the dance floor, close but not too close. The dancers obey as they whirl dangerously close in stately waltzes, and crazy line dances, displaying cunning moves in the rituals of the dance floor.

We are dressing up, so why don't you? Bring your champers and strawberries or beer and sandwiches to eat during the show. That's the great thing about Sterts! As Sterts is an open air theatre (with a roof covering) they can now programme live performance, which is something we have all been missing from our lives during lockdown! Sterts have gone to great lengths to ensure social distancing and all the necessary hygiene measures can be followed.

Bring a cushion and a blanket, sit back and enjoy live performance. Tickets (£8) are bookable by phone 01579 362382 or online (no tickets on the door) and numbers are limited due to social distancing so do book in advance if you would like to come along.
